The
Firm has extensive experience in representing cities and other public
agencies in all areas of municipal law. Members of the Firm are
and have been city attorneys, drafting ordinances, resolutions,
contracts, and advising City Councilmembers and elected and appointed
officials and employees in matters such as open meeting laws, Public
Records Act requests, planning, zoning, and other land use and environmental
issues, economic development, personnel, and police, fire, and transportation
matters. While the Firm does not normally handle tort liability
matters, it does consider and provide advice concerning liability
for all proposed actions. The Firm handles all other litigation,
including representation in administrative hearings and civil actions,
and code enforcement matters.
