G. Michael Ziman has been active in the real estate and land development industry since 1989 when he was general manager of a large Central Valley agribusiness/land development firm that developed commercial, retail, residential and business park projects.  In 1999 Mr. Ziman received his J.D. degree and worked at several large Los Angeles law firms before joining Kane, Ballmer & Berkman in June 2007.

Mr. Ziman’s experience extends to all major real estate uses (office, retail, industrial, and residential), and at Kane Ballmer Berkman he handles transactional and litigation matters related to redevelopment law and real estate development.
