2008 Community Redevelopment Law

Copies of the 2008 edition of the Community Redevelopment Law incorporating amendments enacted during the recent Legislative Session will be available beginning in January, 2008. The volume includes the Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code, Sections 33000 et seq.). The edition includes an Appendix containing statutes referenced in the Community Redevelopment Law, such as general plan requirements, relocation law, Article XXXIV low rent housing referenda, parts of the eminent domain law, Article XIIIB (the Gann initiative), etc.

The 2008 edition also includes a memorandum summarizing recent legislative changes, new case law and changes to the CRL.
