2011 Community Redevelopment Law

Copies of the 2011 edition of the Community Redevelopment Law incorporating amendments enacted during the most recent Legislative Sessions will be available early 2011.  The volume includes the Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.).  The edition also includes an Appendix containing statutes referenced in the Community Redevelopment Law, such as general plan requirements, relocation law, Article XXXIV low rent housing referenda, parts of the eminent domain law, Article XIIIB (the Gann initiative), etc.
